1 cup pineapple, fresh of canned
1 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butterscotch chips
1-2 strips crisp bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons reserved bacon drippings
