Spicy Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

What's better than pork on pork? Not much! Treat your taste buds to a five-star, easy-as-sin, gorgeous home-cooked meal starring our Spicy Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. Tablescape Times Three, HWYD, and Bacon Adoration founders, Stephen & Andrea Bourne, have created this mouth-watering bit of joy in the world just for you.
Ingredients:

1 thin pork tenderloin, about 1lb.
Garlic salt
Cumin
Oregano
Cayenne
Fresh ground pepper
Parsley
Onion salt
1/2 lemon for fresh-squeezed juice
8-10 strips of bacon
1 tablespoons reserved bacon drippings

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the bacon but remove while still soft, and set aside. Sear the pork tenderloin until browned in 2 tablespoons of bacon grease over medium-high heat, sprinkling about 1/2 teaspoon of each spice on each side and squeezing the lemon over the top. Remove and wrap in bacon strips. Pin with toothpicks if necessary. Place in oven for about 30 minutes until cooked through. This dish is incredible paired with colorful sides like mixed greens, fiesta corn, or fresh fruit. So stinkin' good. Mmmmm.
